Check your JHT balance in JMO and choose a claim route
Check BPJS Ketenagakerjaan JHT balances by KPJ in JMO and distinguish balance enquiries, benefit claims and claim tracking through official services.

Sign in through official JMO
Use Jamsostek Mobile from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Find the app through its official website and avoid installation files from unknown messages.
Choose JHT and Cek Saldo
This checks the record; it is not a withdrawal request or approval.
Select the KPJ
Review the correct membership, especially if you have more than one number. Query discrepancies through official help.
Review claim grounds
Retirement, resignation, termination and partial claims have different conditions. Use the checklist for your reason.
Use an eligible claim channel
Follow JMO if you qualify. For Lapak Asik, provide the required information, keep confirmation and attend the verification schedule. Check current channel limits directly.
Track the claim
Keep evidence and use the official claim-status or tracking facility. Avoid intermediaries promising payment without checks.
Costs and timing
Do not pay an intermediary merely to view a balance. Benefits may be subject to tax depending on the participant’s circumstances and applicable rules; ask for an official breakdown. Data or call charges may apply.

Balance checks, claims and tracking serve different needs
A balance check shows recorded savings, a claim requests benefits under the rules, and tracking follows an existing application. Decide which you need before entering a claim form.
For discrepancies, record the check date, KPJ and specific difference. Send identifiers only through the appropriate official channel, not in a public post.
