Bring passport, KTP-el, Family Card and formal evidence; Immigration determines endorsement or replacement.
Align licence and other records
Check the data-change route at Satpas and your bank; avoid using mismatched passport data in visa applications.
Costs and timing
Dukcapil does not charge for population-document issuance. Juanda Immigration lists a passport data endorsement as free, but passport replacement is a separate fee-bearing service. Licence charges depend on the relevant issuance route.

Order prevents mismatches
Ticket, visa, passport and identity names must align under destination rules. Do not assume an overseas marriage certificate alone updates all identity records; ask each issuer what evidence it accepts.
