Program Pemutihan Denda Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) dalam rangka HUT ke-81 RI. Running 1 August 2026–31 October 2026.

PKB late-payment fines (denda PKB), SWDKLLJ fines (denda SWDKLLJ) and BBNKB II (transfer fee on second and later changes of ownership). Only fines are waived: the official announcement mentions no reduction of the PKB principal (unlike the 2025 programmes, where owners paid one year of PKB only). Available at Samsat offices and Samsat Keliling units across Bangka Belitung; the official SIGNAL (Korlantas) account said the waiver also applies when renewing online through SIGNAL. Bakuda, Polda Babel and Jasa Raharja ran the 'Apresiasi EMAS 2026' prize draw for owners who paid PKB and SWDKLLJ with no arrears between 1 March and 30 June 2026 (10 g of gold for 5 winners), drawn on 30 July 2026. This is a reward, not a tax reduction.

Penalty for paying Bangka Belitung Islands vehicle tax late

Bangka Belitung Governor Regulation 30/2024, Article 10(6), adds a 25% increase on the tax due plus interest of 1% a month for up to 24 months, with any part of a month counted as a full month. The national penalty calculator does not include the 25% increase, so confirm the amount at Samsat; the same applies to opsen. The SWDKLLJ road-accident contribution has its own fine of 25% to 100% of the annual amount, capped at Rp100,000.

Perda Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Nomor 2 Tahun 2024 Pasal 95 ayat (2) delegates the sanction procedure to a Peraturan Gubernur (the Perda's own 1%/24-month clause, Pasal 96 ayat (5), concerns corrected self-assessment returns, not PKB)..
